A Charleston Event Space for Every Celebration
The Reception Hall, Covered Porch, Veranda, and Garden work together as one flexible property — a milestone celebration here isn't squeezed into a room built for something else. Bar service is in-house, with beer, wine, and liquor packages at Standard, Premium, or Luxury tiers. Bring your own caterer from The Waverly's preferred list (5% impact fee) or an outside caterer of your choice (10% impact fee, subject to approval). And with a 2:00 a.m. liquor license, the celebration doesn't have to wrap up early.
